Ok, all your changes are in CVS. Thanks for the great work, David.

The OZONE_HOME environment variable is no longer needed. The scripts find out
automatically. However, the scripts still recognize OZONE_HOME. If you want to
use it, then it has to be set to the build dir now. 

The win start scripts are probably broken. Can someone take care of this?

I will probably drop the Makefiles. Does someone (besides me ;) still rely on
them?
