Hi,

  We are facing some problem integrating Ozone into our internal
development environment. We use many of the same tools as Ozone but
different versions. Also, the build.xml files in Ozone doens't make
integration easy. 

  I have rewritten the build.xml for Ozone to make the integration
easier and produce jar file for Ozone to run correctly.

  I'd like to submit the build.xml for Ozone. Should I send it to the
list for review?
