If you don't do anything they could get an order to have your org. cease
using it or sue if you don't as he states that there is confusion/harm.
Maybe ozone is not copyrightable so they may not have a leg to stand on.

Is ozone aligned with Software in the Public Interest or with someone
who has a legal staff?
I'm not a lawyer so it would be helpful to have one to advise.
