RE: Fwd: OZONE - the name

For what its worth.
I have run into this same situation in the past.
When did we first use this?
are we US based?
Are you using OZONE, O.Z.O.N.E. or other connotations?
Does his package utilize this name or is his product using this technology?
There are a lot of questions that need to be answered.
These are just some to ponder!
Thanks
Jim

What does the community says about this? What should we do? Is there a need
to
do anything anyway? Please share your knowledge/experiences.

Dear Sir,

It has come to my attention that you are using the name OZONE for your
software development tool. Please stop immediately.

My company has been using this name for our object oriented development tool
since 1993. The confusion in the market caused by your actions will not help
either organization.

For more information on this please visit our web site at www.v-graph.com
and check our the products section.

Thank you for you attention to this.
 Robert Morris
President,
V_Graph Inc.
