Problem during installation under NT4

Hi,
 
I'm new to Ozone, and i'm trying to install it under Windows NT.
 
First, I can't run make (I thought it was a Unix command !!!).
Second, i can't Find org.OzoneDb package, so i can't run batch file "built.bat".
 
I read mailing list archive, but i can't find any help.....
