1. Make sure that the parser can find your defined DTDs.
2. Did you get an exception on the ozone server side?
3. Figure out which method threw this exception. storeDocument()
   calls parser.parse() and again this.storeDocument () with different
   arguments.
4. Is it possible to get your files from the utils package for testing?
