From The new beginner in OODB
Hallo.......
I' m a student of Information Engineering of Sanata Dharma University Indonesia.
I really want to know, how to build an application with OOBB (Object-Oriented Database).
I'am a new beginner. I have read some articles about OODB, but still hard to understood because
I always work with Relational Database. I used to built a small application with
RDBMS use OOP (used MS Visual Foxpro 5.0) for an VCD Rental.
About Object-Oriented Paradigm, I have learned much,
and can applied it ,but only in User Interface , I think, not in the Database.
1.Could you show me, what I have to do, as the new beginner in learning OODB.
2. Could you show send me a sample code of a small application that use OODB ?
Because I think these confusings rise because I never directly see an example database application based on OODB.
3. What kind of programming language that specific to OODB , I can use..?(OODBMS), like DBASE III or Foxpro for RDBMS
4.Is it possible to use OODB Paradigm to build an MIS..?
if Possible, can u show me an example (code).
