can't save user & group info

Hi,

Help please. Using Ozone v.0.4. Whenever I quit the administrator or 
shutdown from the administrator, then restart the database, then restart 
administrator, the user and group names are never saved from one session to 
the next - I have to manually type them in every time. What am I doing 
wrong? How do I save this info? Also, can this information be added from 
the command line without the GUI?
