I had a similar problem the first time I tried ozone (which was this week). I
think I first tried creating a new user, then used "Shutdown & Quit". When I
restarted, there were no users (same problem as yours). What I then did was
creat a newuser, showusrs, shutdown the server but not quit admin, then quit
admin. That seemed to work. HTH.
