No Subject

Can anyone please solve this problem.I will appreciate
your help ,It's really urgent.

I have Netscape 4.7 and JDK 1.3,whenever I'm trying to
access any website through my active applet in
Netscape (by using setPage command of JTextpane),it's
giving the following error:
