No problem. Really. Keep it coming ;)

Hmmm... do you really think so? Anyway, the likings are different. Below a
quote from a recent mail to webmaster@ozone-db.org:

Hi,

I just discovered your website today.

I really want to congratulate your for the design of your website. It's
really great!

Therefore I'm now conviced that we can do something easy to use and nice
to see in the same time.

Sincerely

In fact, personally I don't like splash screens too. (but ours looks so great!
;) Anyway, I think Gerd, the guy who is making our designes (btw: he has been
done a lot of ozone code and much of the Infozone code too), doesn't want to do
functional-only things all the time. So, at least our .org sites are
somewhat... you know ;)

Seriously Kevin, we have a top navigation bar and a side navigation bar and a
content area - not that confusing I think. Yes, using frames is not always a
good idea but we wanted to try a design that can be used for static
presentation as well as the front-end for some kind of information system like
Infozone/Prowler. At this time we didn't know the possibilities of Cocoon
and so using frames produced the fastest solution. And, frames are the only way
to ensure a particular layout of the page. I just discussed this with Conny, our
Cocoon guy. In his opinion using Cocoon we should be able to do ozone-db.org
with and without frames from the same XML sources. Anyway, I don't see the
need of putting that much work in a working solution. What do others think
about ozone-db.org?
