onCreate() / onDelete() in ozone

Hi all,
The onDelete()/onCreate() changes are in CVS. The OzoneCompatible.done()
method is no longer supported! onCreate() is automatically called right after
the object is initialized, inside createObject(). onDelete() is called right
before the object is deleted, inside deleteObject().
Later we may add other callbacks, like onActivation or something. The current
version is for testing. Please test it out and give me your feedback.
