Currently it seems that there is no way to do this right in the DOM code. As
said earlier, we have to re-work the ozone cluster system to meet the needs of
applications that use very small independent database objects. In other words:
the clustering (not just the backend clustering but the in-memory
clustering!) must be able to work on any kind of db objects! very tricky - but
a great feature.

will look at. if there are no other ideas, it seems to be a good idea to use
their spec/API.
