Re:URL names: Volunteer needed.
There are some published guidelines on URL's
that we had better conform to. We also might
want to consider the idea that the "owner"
of the document may want/need to specify
a lookup-name other than the Document title.
How many times have we seen "titles" on
documents that don't have much to do
with their content?
We could use a non-programmer volunteer
to research the correct way to do the URL's.
