AW: win2k ANTics

I found in opp.bat which is in the bin directory a similar bug. opp.bat ist
not passing arguments to ovjm.bat. So i changed the opp.bat and it works
now.

This is my new opp.bat
---Start---
@echo off rem $Id: opp.bat,v 1.7 2000/08/31 16:26:01 daniela Exp $
call ojvm.bat org.ozoneDB.tools.OPP.OPP %1 %2 %3 %4 %5 %6 %7 %8
---End---
