We do not have any windows box here so I'm unable to help you with this. I know
that there _are_ users running ozone on NT but unfortunately they did not submit
changes or suggestions for the ozone startup scripts. I suggest to use the
binary distribution and look at the start scripts in the ../bin directory. They
are very simple and it should be no problem to edit them to get a running
system.

So far, we are using make to compile ozone. This may led to problem on NT. (?)
Maybe it's a good idea to include a *.bat file in the distribution that
compiles ozone on win. Any suggestions?
