I think this is good. It's really not necessary to mix RDF or XML codes
with the core Ozone object database.

I'd suggest a layout as 

ozone/modules/rdf
ozone/modules/xml
ozone/modules/blob

This modules can be compiled individually. We can put in build.xml to
selective build an ozone.jar with a mix of any of the modules.

Well... Probably have to wait until the ozone source tree is rearranged.
