JAVA_HOME is probably not set. I checked in also the Ant 1.3 scripts. They
don't actually solve this problem but they warn about it ;)

This was the old Ant script. The new one searches in lib. The ant.jar is now
in lib/

The build must not rely on OZONE_HOME any longer. This is for runtime only now.
I fixed this.
